TMES株式会社は、おかげさまをもちまして合併10周年の節目を迎えることができました。同時に創業58年目ともなり、これはひとえにこの会社を温かく見守り続けていただいたすべてのステークホルダーの方々からのご支援の賜ものです。この場をお借りして厚く御礼申し上げます。
私は創業者から数えて7代目の社長として2024年4月に就任いたしました。就任にあたり弊社の歴史を辿ってみると、創業当時から非常にチャレンジングスピリットを持つ組織であったことを知りました。今後も、先人たちが築いてきたこの素晴らしいスピリットを次世代につなぎつつ、「世の中の人々に幸せを運ぶためにも、まずは自分たちが幸せであること」というスローガンのもと、私のやれることをやっていく。そのように決意を新たにしています。
その取り組みの一つとして、「人を大切にし、人を育てる会社」という当社の経営戦略を実現するべく行動していく所存です。たとえば、当社は実際にこれまで多くの人財を育成しており、現在では実に多種多様な人財が活躍しています。こうしたバックグラウンドも部署も違う人財たちをつなぐ機会をつくり、お互いの個性や価値観を尊重し合う風土の醸成を促したいと考えています。それは、イノベーションの創造にもつながることでしょう。また、若手がワクワクしながら成長していける環境づくりを推進し、世の中に必要とされる人財を育てていくことにも注力していく方針です。
当社は今、ようやく合併10周年を迎えたばかり。建物や設備が生きている限り、未来への可能性は無限大です。今後も「環境クリエイター」である高砂熱学グループの一員として、脱カーボン、予防保全、新たなる付加価値の創造に尽力していきます。これからのTMESに、ぜひご期待ください。

Connecting people with an exciting future
Thanks to you, TMES Co., Ltd. has reached the milestone of the 10th anniversary of our merger. At the same time, it is also the 58th year since the company was founded, and this is the result of the support of all stakeholders who have continued to watch over this company with warmth. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude.
I was appointed as the seventh president since the founder in April 2024. When I traced the history of our company upon assuming my position, I learned that it has been an organization with a very challenging spirit since its founding. In the future, I will continue to do what I can under the slogan "To bring happiness to people in the world, we must first be happy ourselves" while connecting this wonderful spirit built by our predecessors to the next generation. I have renewed my determination to do so.
As one of our efforts, we intend to take action to realize our management strategy of "being a company that values people and develops people". For example, our company has actually developed many human resources so far, and currently has a very diverse range of human resources active. We want to create opportunities to connect these people with different backgrounds and departments, and foster a culture of mutual respect for each other's individuality and values. This will also lead to the creation of innovation. We also plan to promote the creation of an environment where young people can grow with excitement, and focus on developing human resources that the world needs.
Our company has just celebrated the 10th anniversary of our merger. As long as the buildings and equipment are in use, the possibilities for the future are endless. As a member of the Takasago Thermal Engineering Group, which is an “Environment-Creators™”, we will continue to work hard to decarbonize, maintain preventive maintenance, and create new added value.
